- Deliveries to overseas addresses may take **1 to 2 weeks**.
- Refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
- Orders are shipped using **Japan Post EMS**. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.
- Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or re-shipments for orders delayed or undelivered due to **shipping issues** or **customs restrictions** in the destination country.
