農園主のNiguse氏はCOEでの優勝を志し、歴史的な栄誉を見事に獲得しました。優勝を得たことで新たな市場の獲得や周囲の農園にも好影響を与え、更なる進歩に意欲を燃やしています。
今回のロットは、Nigusse Gemeda Karamo Washing Stationで精製され、丁寧な精製処理によって感じられるFigやGrapeのようなフレーバーと、AppleやOrangeのような爽やかさを感じるJuicyな味わいがご体験いただけます。
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a wonderful coffee from the farm that won Ethiopia's first-ever Cup of Excellence (COE) in 2020 with a score of 91.04.
The owner of the estate, Mr. Niguse, aspired to win the COE, and he has successfully earned this historic honor. He is motivated to further improve his business by winning a new market and having a positive impact on the farms around him.
This lot was refined at the Nigusse Gemeda Karamo Washing Station, and the careful refining process gives you the experience of Fig and Grape-like flavors, and a juicy taste with a touch of freshness like Apple and Orange.
