今回はDimtu Coffee Washing Stationの伝統的なWashedプロセスのコーヒーです。
このWashing Stationは、標高2,000m以上の場所に建設されており、収穫後のチェリーの管理や、精製処理の発酵・乾燥時間においてなど、あらゆる場面において、丁寧に管理されています。
Black TeaやOrangeを感じるフレーバーと、Jasmineの華やかなアロマも是非一緒にお楽しみください。
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new crop from Ethiopia, which offers a direct taste of the terroir.
This time it is a traditional washed process coffee from Dimtu Coffee Washing Station.
The washing station is built at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, and every aspect of the coffee is carefully managed, from the cherries after harvest to the fermentation and drying time during the refining process.
Enjoy the flavors of Black Tea and Orange, and the gorgeous aroma of Jasmine.
