革新的な取り組みを行うColombia El Mirador農園からGeisha種のコーヒーがラインナップに加わります。
農園主であるElkin Guzman氏の祖父母が農園を始め、3世代に渡り80年以上続く伝統ある農園です。現在、農園主のElkin Guzman氏と彼の母親のFanny Vergas氏は、32ヘクタールの栄養豊富な土地でコーヒーを栽培しています。
様々な発酵技術などを応用しコーヒーを生産している農園ですが、今回のロットは伝統的なWashedプロセスです。
PepermintやLemone grassを連想させる清涼感のある口当たりや、Green appleやLimeを連想させる味わいをぜひお楽しみください。
Geisha coffee from the innovative Colombia El Mirador farm joins our lineup.
The farm has a tradition of more than 80 years, dating back three generations to the farm's grandparents, who started the farm with Elkin Guzman's grandparents. Today, the owner, Elkin Guzman, and his mother, Fanny Vergas, grow coffee on 32 hectares of nutrient-rich land.
The farm uses a variety of fermentation techniques to produce their coffee, but this lot is a traditional Washed process.
We hope you will enjoy the cool taste reminiscent of peppermint and Lemone grass, and the flavor reminiscent of green apple and Lime.
